1. Pre-Construction Planning

5. PAR | Payment Application Review

  • Continuous review of compliance with fiscal, labor and social security
    obligations of contractor(s).
  • Guarantee of amortization of anticipo payment and retainage.
  • Assistance to the designer in the resolution of conflicts and
    clarifications in drawings and specifications.
  • Recommendation of payment on approved funding requests; provide
    contractor(s) and suppliers with payment approval on behalf of the
    owner.
  • PAR monthly report (Payment Application Review) with site observation
    summary of findings and payment administrative status.

6. On Site Construction Coordination

  • Full on-site supervision team.
  • Development of weekly progress reports for owner.
  • Coordinate weekly on-site construction meetings as owner’s representative.
  • Quality assurance in construction, as well as through support entities such as topography and
    specialized laboratories.
  • Review of general contractor payment application forms.

  • Continuous review of compliance with fiscal, labor and social security obligations of contractor(s).
  • Guarantee of anticipo amortization, traceability of the budget retention to be released at the end.
  • Assistance to the designer in the resolution of conflicts and clarifications in plans and specifications.
  • Recommendation of payments on approved funding requests; provide contractor(s) and suppliers with
    payment approval on behalf of the owner.
  • Prepare monthly progress reports for the owner.
