Mark Flinn

CEO

Mr. Flinn is an innovative, results driven upper management professional and consultant with over 25 years of construction/project management, oversight and consulting experience. Service provided has fostered working relationships ranging from the Construction Site to Wall Street in the U.S. and a broad range of International development projects as well. As a result, of these work efforts Mr. Flinn’s involvement has incorporated over $10 billion USD in various construction management services in the U.S, Canada, and the Caribbean and over $4 billion in Mexico/Latin America.

COO & Partner

Architect from ITESM Monterrey campus with an MBA from EOI in Spain. Certified PMP since 2005. Have worked in diverse areas related to construction in Mexico, with 30 years of professional experience.

Francisco Rodríguez

CIO & Partner

Francisco Rodríguez is an Architect graduated from ITESM Campus Monterrey, with 25 years of experience. Founder of Ignition2 Construction Consulting, Co-founder of Brick Walling and Partner of SER Projects, a company dedicated to the management of construction projects with operation in Mexico and Latin America. Since 2010 he has served as Director of Operations and Consultant leading a team of highly qualified project managers
In charge of supporting the operations procedures and delivery of company services such as owners and lenders reports, PCA reports, construction consulting services, construction risk management services. Implementation of company Drone Program to provide new services such as Photogrammetry, Drone Survey , Infrared Inspection and others.
